This notice provides crucial details about the charges applicable to our services and the costs associated with cancelling these services in accordance with FCA Regulations.
Equaliti Ltd, authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority FRN 952416, operates as a licensed broker for vehicle finance. We offer finance products through a selected group of lenders. Please note, we function as a Broker, not a Lender.
There is no fee for introducing you to the finance provider. However, if we source the vehicle, a Broker Service fee is applicable. We receive a commission from the finance provider upon your agreement with them. The commission amount can be provided upon request.
The Broker Service Fee, inclusive of VAT, will be confirmed during the illustration stage and before any order placement. This fee covers the work we conduct in sourcing vehicles via our dealer network and organising funding for the transaction. Payment for this fee is expected upon receipt of your signed Vehicle Order Form, processed via PayPal or direct bank transfer.
You reserve the right to cancel the order without penalty within 14 days from the date you place your order, confirmed via email or the website, in line with Consumer Contracts (Information/Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations.
For cancellations beyond the 14-day period, the following fees will apply:
After order but within 14 calendar days: Nil.
After 14 days but before signing documents: £60, inclusive of VAT.
After signing finance company documents but before delivery: £180, inclusive of VAT.
